Heat the oil and saute\u0301 the onions<br \/>\n2. Once the onions turn translucent, add fenugreek seeds as well as the garlic ginger paste<br \/>\n3. Once the onions start turning brown, add the paprika, turmeric and chilli powder<br \/>\n4. Add the mince and mix well with the spices until the meat starts turning brown<br \/>\n5. Add the passata sauce, pasta water and salt before simmering on low for about 10 minutes<br \/>\n6. Add the cheese and stir until it melts<br \/>\n7. Add the cooked pasta and stir through<br \/>\n8.
