Whisk the cream, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla essence until you get the consistency of whipped cream.<br \/>\n2. Scoop into an icing bag and pipe into small bowls, starting from the outer corner and finishing in the middle.<br \/>\n3. Fix a Gulab Jamun in the centre of the bowl and sprinkle the rose petals, pistachio, cardamom and almonds on top.<br \/>\n4.
