{"id":23033,"date":"2023-05-30T11:47:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T03:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23033"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:29:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:29:38","slug":"tempeh-in-coconut-milk-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/tempeh-in-coconut-milk-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Tempeh In Coconut Milk"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>300gr tempeh, julienned<br \/>\n400gr chayote, julienned<br \/>\n400ml (2 kotak) coconut cream<br \/>\n4 lime leaves<br \/>\n2 bay leaves<br \/>\n2 lemongrass, bruised<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp salt<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp stock powder<br \/>\n3 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1\/4-1\/2 cup oil<br \/>\n2L water<\/p>\n<h2>Spices For Paste<\/h2>\n<p>15 Small shallots<br \/>\n5 garlic cloves<br \/>\n15 long chili<br \/>\n6 toasted candlenut<br \/>\n15 gr turmeric<br \/>\n50 gr galangal<br \/>\n1 tbsp coriander powder<br \/>\n4 tbsp dried shrimp, soal in hot water<\/p>\n<h2>Compliment<\/h2>\n<p>Crispy Fried shallots<br \/>\nCrackers<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix chayote with 1-2 tsp of salt, massage for a min and leave it for 5 mins to extract water out then discard, liquid and rinse with running water<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in pot, saute spices paste until darken in color for 3-5 mins then add lemongrass, lime and bay leaves, saute for another min<br \/>\n3. Add water, let it boil. Lower the heat and add coconut cream. Simmer<br \/>\n4. Add tempeh and chayote, then salt, sugar and stock powder. Simmer for another 3-5 mins until tempeh and chayote are cooked<br \/>\n4.
