{"id":23027,"date":"2023-05-30T09:17:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T01:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23027"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:29:41","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:29:41","slug":"tandoori-wings-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/tandoori-wings-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Tandoori Wings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>12 wings<br \/>\n2 tbsp of tandoori powder<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 2 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp of ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp of kashmiri chilli (optional)<br \/>\n4 grated garlic cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of grated ginger<br \/>\nA pinch of red food colouring<br \/>\n1 tsp of colemans mint sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp of whole grain mustard<br \/>\n1 tsp of salt<br \/>\n1\/2 juice of lemon<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of greek yoghurt<br \/>\n1 tbsp of Oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.<br \/>\n2. Add the chicken and coat evenly.<br \/>\n3. Marinate the chicken legs for at least 30 minutes. Optional step: add a heated coal on some foil, drop a little oil and cover to get that smokey flavour.<br \/>\n4. Bake in a preheated oven gas mark 5\/190c for 30\/40 minutes. Flip half way through cooking.<br \/>\n5.
