{"id":23007,"date":"2023-05-28T15:23:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-28T07:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=23007"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:29:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:29:43","slug":"almond-burfee-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/almond-burfee-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Almond Burfee"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg Klim Milk powder<br \/>\n2 cups Almond flour ( finely ground skinless Almonds)<br \/>\n1 big tin (290g) Nestle\u0301 cream<br \/>\n<em>Mix the above and blend in a food processor 3 times to form a fine breadcrumb consistency.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Leave aside to rest for 30min.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Prepare The Syrup<\/h2>\n<p>750g Icing sugar<br \/>\n200g Butter<br \/>\n1.5 cups water<br \/>\n1 big tin (290g) Nestle\u0301 cream<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Whisk the cream and water until smooth.<br \/>\nThen add it to a large non stick pot with the icing sugar and butter.<br \/>\nBring to a slow simmer for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nSwitch the heat off.<br \/>\nAdd the milk powder mixture.<br \/>\nMix well.<br \/>\n<strong>Add in:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>2 teaspoons ground cardamon<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1.5 teaspoon Almonds extract ( or to taste)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 teaspoon cardamon extract ( or to taste)<\/em><br \/>\nSet in a greased tray or leave it covered for 24 hours.<br \/>\nCut into squares or scoop.<br \/>\nDecorate with crushed Almonds, ebible rose and silver edible paper.<\/p>\n<h2>Other Variations Follow The Above Ingredients. Only Replace As Mentioned Below:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pistachio Burfee:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Replace the 2 cups Almonds with 2 cups finely ground pistachios.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Add green food colour.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Replace almond extract with 2 teaspoons pistachio extract or to taste.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Decorate with finely chopped Pistachios.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Saffron Burfee :<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Replace the 2 cups almonds with 1 cup almonds and 1 cup Pistachios.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Add orange \/ yellow food colour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 teaspoon powdered saffron ( roasted saffron crumbled with fingers to make a powder)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Replace almond extract with 2 teaspoon saffron extract or to taste.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 1 kg Klim Milk powder 2 cups Almond flour ( finely ground skinless Almonds) 1 big tin (290g) Nestle\u0301 cream Mix the above and blend in a food processor 3 times to form a fine breadcrumb consistency.
