{"id":22952,"date":"2023-05-26T08:12:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-26T00:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22952"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:29:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:29:46","slug":"corn-fritters-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/corn-fritters-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Corn Fritters"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500gr sweet corn<br \/>\n5-6 lime leaves, thinly slice (optional)<br \/>\n2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced<br \/>\n5 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n8 small shallot, minced<br \/>\nOil for deep fry<\/p>\n<h2>Batter<\/h2>\n<p>80gr rice flour<br \/>\n80 gr all purpose flour<br \/>\n1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp msg\/stock powder<br \/>\n100-130ml cold water<br \/>\n1 tsp coriander powder (optional)<br \/>\n1 tsp white pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Peanut Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>100gr fried peanut<br \/>\n35 gr palm sugar or brown<br \/>\n50 gr long chili (as desired)<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tbsp sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n100 ml coconut cream<br \/>\n1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)<br \/>\n300-350ml water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Corn fritter: Combine all ingredients except oil, flours, and water. Mix well<br \/>\n2. Add flours and water and mix until well combine (see video consistency)<br \/>\n3. Heat generous amount of oil in a deep pan, grab a spoon full of the mixture and fry into the hot oil over medium heat, until golden brown and crispy, fry them in batches and dont over crowd the pan<br \/>\n4. Peanut sauce: blend fried peanuts, chili, salt, garlic with water until smooth.<br \/>\n5.
