Saute the mashed ingredients, lemongrass, and bay leaves until fragrant.<br \/>\n2. Pour the water in then bring to boil.<br \/>\n3. Add the chicken cuts in. Boil them until cooked and the water reduced. Take out the chicken.<br \/>\n4. From there, we got the broth (let it cool completely). For the crispy topping: Mix the broth with other ingredients. Take 2 or 3 tbsp of mixture, then spread all over hot oil. Cook until golden brown, take them out. Do it until all the mixture finished.<br \/>\n5. Coat the chicken with the ap flour thinly, then fried until golden brown.<br \/>\n6. Serve the chicken with the crispy topping.
