Cut and wash the cauliflower in bite sizes. Place in a bowl generously coating each piece in cornflour. Feel free to add a water to the cornflour to make a wet batter mixture to coat the cauliflower if you\u2019d prefer to deep fry\/airfry.<br \/>\n2. Heat some oil in a non stick pan on low heat adding your gobi pieces. This step may take a little time as you\u2019d want each piece to have a crispy edge<br \/>\n3. In the meantime, to make the salt and pepper flavouring mix together the salt, pepper, Chinese 5 spice and chili flakes together in a small bowl<br \/>\n4. Once the goby is crispy transfer to a plate. In the same pan add some oil along with the minced garlic, chopped chillis and sliced white onions. Once the onions are saute\u0301ed and fragrant, add in the salt and pepper spices and mix generously.<br \/>\n5. Mix in soy sauce at this point or at the end. Then add in the crispy gobi ensuring all flavouring is generously coated on each piece.<br \/>\n6.
