{"id":22848,"date":"2023-05-20T11:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-20T03:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22848"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:30:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:30:06","slug":"chipotle-chicken-bites-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chipotle-chicken-bites-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Chipotle Chicken Bites"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Chicken coating: Step 1<\/strong><br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 Cup of corn flakes<br \/>\n1 tsp- Dried parsley<br \/>\n1 tsp- Onion powder<br \/>\n1 tsp- Black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp- Chilli flakes<br \/>\n<strong>Step 2-<\/strong><br \/>\n1 Large chicken breast cut in cubes<br \/>\n<strong>Step 3-<\/strong><br \/>\n1 Egg<br \/>\n<strong>Base for the sauce: Step 4<\/strong><br \/>\n1 tbsp- Olive oil<br \/>\n2 Garlic diced or minced<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Chipotle paste<br \/>\nChilli flake (according to heat level )<br \/>\n1 tsp- Dried Parsley<br \/>\n2 tbsp- Tomato pure\u0301e<br \/>\n2 tbsp- Water<br \/>\n@spicemaster_co naga sauce ( add according to tolerance level )<br \/>\n1 Dollop of soft cream cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash and pat dry chicken<br \/>\nIn a food processor add all the dried ingredients in step 1.<br \/>\nBlitz until it turns into crust, leave aside<br \/>\nWhisk an egg and coat the chicken then cover with crust<br \/>\nAdd to the Air fryer for 5 minutes, 2.5 minutes on each side on 205c I used the grill mode and leave aside<br \/>\nIn a pan add olive oil and garlic<br \/>\nAdd all the wet and dried ingredients in step 4 in the same order ( leave the Parmesan cheese til the end.<br \/>\nGive it a good stir to combine all ingredients together before adding the Parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nTurn off the heat<br \/>\nSmother the chicken in the chipotle sauce<br \/>\nVoila!
