Squeeze out extra moisture from the onions and beetroot. Place in a bowl.<br \/>\n2. To this, add all the remaining ingredients (bar the oil). Thoroughly mix together and leave in the fridge to chill for minimum of 30 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Lightly grease your hands with the oil and place a generous ball of mince on the skewer and gently spread out.<br \/>\n4. Place the skewers on a rack and brush with oil.<br \/>\n5. Place under the grill on low heat for around 10-15 minutes, ensuring you&#8217;ve turned it over, half way.<br \/>\n6.
