Peel and shred potatoes<br \/>\n2. Mix with 1\/2 tsp salt, and leave it for 3-5 mins to extract water, squeeze out as much water\/moisture as you can<br \/>\n3. Add potatoes into a bowl and along with the rest of the ingredients except oil, mix well<br \/>\n4. In a non stick pan, add oil. Spread potato mixture into a circular shape, flatten to make a very thin layer<br \/>\n5.
