Combine batter ingredients in a bowl, mix well<br \/>\n2. Heat generous amounts of oil in a deep frying pan<br \/>\n2. Cut Enoki into 3 parts and coat well with the batter mixture, immediately drop coated Enoki into the hot oil<br \/>\n3.
