{"id":22819,"date":"2023-05-18T08:16:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-18T00:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22819"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:30:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:30:11","slug":"roots-vegetables-fritters-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/roots-vegetables-fritters-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Roots Vegetables Fritters"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>300 gr sweet potato<br \/>\n200 gr potato<br \/>\n150 gr carrots<br \/>\n100 gr rice flour<br \/>\n70 gr all purpose flour<br \/>\n200-230ml ice water<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>150gr palm sugar (or brown)<br \/>\n200 ml coconut cream<br \/>\n1 tsp pandan essence or 2-3 pandan leaves, bundled<br \/>\n1\/4-1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n100 ml water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Fritters: Peel carrot, potato and sweet potatoes and slice them thinly<br \/>\n2. Combine all flours with water and baking powder, mix well and add in the roots slices and coat well with the batter<br \/>\n3. Place a handful of the mixture in a small plate, flatten it to create a thin layer<br \/>\n4. Heat generous amounts of oil in a pot or a deep pan, over medium flame<br \/>\n5. Slide in the mixture into the hot oil, fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides approx 3-5 mins per-batch, fry 3-5 pieces at a time.<br \/>\n6. Sauce: dissolves sugar in water over low- medium heat, (if using pandan leaves add in now). simmer mixture until sugar disslove and slightly thicken<br \/>\n7. Add coconut cream, salt and pandan essence simmer while stirring it frequently until caramelize.<br \/>\n8.
