In a small bowl, mix together the sweetcorn, melted butter, chaat masala and chilli powder and set aside.<br \/>\n2. On a large surface, roll out the pastry sheet (leave the paper underneath) and spread out the schezuan chutney on top. Next, layer the sweetcorn on top and with a rolling pin gently roll into the dough.<br \/>\n3. Carefully fold the sheet in half ensuring to press the ends of the sheet together to seal. Then with a pizza cutter separate into your sticks (above width is 1.5cm.)<br \/>\n4. Brush the sticks with a little melted butter and sprinkle on your mustard seeds. Bake in the oven at 200C for around 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden.
