{"id":22793,"date":"2023-05-17T07:29:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-16T23:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22793"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:30:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:30:14","slug":"fried-stuffed-tofu-tahu-isi-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fried-stuffed-tofu-tahu-isi-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Fried Stuffed Tofu \/ Tahu Isi"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>15 Tofu puff<br \/>\noil for deep fry<\/p>\n<h2>Filling<\/h2>\n<p>100 gr dried glass noodle<br \/>\n100 gr ground\/minced chicken<br \/>\n100 gr carrots, julienned<br \/>\n100 gr cabbage, chopped<br \/>\n50 gr green onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp dried shrimp (optional)<br \/>\n1\/2 onion. finely chopped<br \/>\n4 Garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1 tsp pepper<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp msg\/stock powder<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1-2 tsp sugar<br \/>\n3 tbsp neutral oil<\/p>\n<h2>Batter<\/h2>\n<p>100 gr rice flour<br \/>\n50 gr corn flour<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp msg\/stock powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp paprika powder (optional)<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n100-120ml ice water<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>8 long chilies<br \/>\n2-3 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp stock powder<br \/>\n3 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n2 tsp table vineger<br \/>\n250 ml water<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika powder (optional, for color)<br \/>\n2-3 tsp cornflour dilute in 1\/4 cup water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. filling: cook glass noodle according to package, strain and cut the noodles and set aside<br \/>\n2. soak dried shrimp in hot water for 10 mins, strain and chopped finely (if using)<br \/>\n3. heat oil in pan, saute garlic, dried shrimp, onion until fragrant, cook chicken, add in carrots and cabbage, cook until wilted, add glass noodle, salt, pepper, msg, stock powder, sugar and toss to combine, stir in green onion and toss for another min, off the heat, let it cool<br \/>\n4. Tofu: slit a tofu on one side to make a pocket, then stuff about 2 tbsp of the filling inside, repeat for the rest<br \/>\n5.
