Bring the cream cheese and thickened cream to room temperature<br \/>\n2. Using a food processor, grind the biscuits<br \/>\n3. Add the melted butter to the biscuits and press down into a cheesecake tin and set for 1 hour in the fridge<br \/>\n4. Add vanilla extract and sugar to the cream cheese and thickened cream<br \/>\n5. Using a stand mixer whip this mixture until stiff peaks form<br \/>\n6. Mix the gelatine with hot water and add this gelatine slurry to the cheese mixture and fold it in<br \/>\n7. Pour the cheese mixture on top of the biscuits and smooth it out<br \/>\n8. Set the cheesecake in the fridge overnight<br \/>\n9. Top with sliced dates<br \/>\n10.
