{"id":22761,"date":"2023-05-16T08:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-16T00:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22761"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:30:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:30:20","slug":"fried-tapioca-flour-a-k-a-cireng-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fried-tapioca-flour-a-k-a-cireng-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Fried Tapioca Flour A.k.a Cireng"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>250g tapioca flour<br \/>\n50 gr plain flour<br \/>\n6 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n1 stalk green onion<br \/>\n1 tsp msg\/stock powder<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp coriander powder<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp pepper<br \/>\n250-270 ml piping hot water<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Dipping Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1 1\/2 tbsp Peanut butter<br \/>\n100g palm sugar<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n5-6 tbsp tamarind liquid<br \/>\n6-8 thai chili\/bird eye chili<br \/>\n1 tsp shrimp paste<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n100ml water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Heat 5-6 tbsp oil in a pan, fry garlic until golden, strain and let cool<br \/>\n2. Combine flours, green onion, salt, msg\/stock powder, coriander powder, pepper and fried garlic and mix well<br \/>\n3. Boil water, add the piping hot water into the flour mixture, mix using spoon until incorporated (see video)<br \/>\n4. Grab a small handful of dough mixture, gently press to flatten the centre and form it into a round shape (see video) . Repeat for the remaining (you will get around 20 pieces)<br \/>\n5. Heat generous amounts of oil, and fry them over medium flame, in batches. Until golden and crispy on both sides, Remove and strain<br \/>\n6. Dipping sauce: blend chilies, peanut butter, garlic, shrimp paste, salt, water until smooth<br \/>\n7. Add mixture to a sauce pan along with palm sugar, stir and simmer over low heat until sugar dissolve<br \/>\n8.
