Mix together the smoked paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, southwestern seasoning, salt and pepper.<br \/>\n2. Add half the seasoning mix on the chicken drumsticks. Add 1 tbsp of oil and evenly coat the chicken. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Lay the chicken on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven gas mark 5\/200c till its cooked (around 30-40 minutes). Take out chicken and pour any juices into a pan.<br \/>\n4. Using the same pan that you&#8217;ve just poured the chicken juices in, melt some butter and mix.<br \/>\n5. Add in the remaining seasoning and bring to a slight bubble. Add in the double cream and stir. Add in the chicken and coat evenly. Do not let the cream boil. Let it simmer on a low to medium heat.<br \/>\n6. Once there is a slight bubble, turn the heat off.
