Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.<br \/>\n2. Leave the chicken to marinate for minimum of an hour. For smokiness: add in lit coal on foil, add a little oil and cover till all smoke has dispersed.<br \/>\n3. Insert the chicken through the skewers, tightly packed.<br \/>\n4. Brush with oil, Bake in a preheated oven gas mark 4\/180c.<br \/>\n5.
