Beat The Eggs And Mix With All The Seasonings.<br \/>\n2. Heat the pan over medium heat, dip a folded paper towel in oil and apply to the pan. Pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan and add seaweed. Start rolling into a log shape towards yourself after the bottom of the egg has set. Move the rolled omelette to the side where you started to roll. (Picture 4-7)<br \/>\n3.
