Take chana flour into basin, Add salt, oil and watered garlic\/chilli paste and mix well,<br \/>\n2. Gradually add water until the dough is very soft and place into a ghatia\/spagetti mold<br \/>\n3. Pour cooking oil into pan add mustard seeds. Once popped Add blended tomatoes pulps, puree the spices and stir well.<br \/>\n4. Once bubbling, slow down the heat and start grinding the mold making a spaghetti shape into the masala all around,<br \/>\n5. Do not stir straight away, leave it on slow heat covered for around 3 minutes<br \/>\n6. Now gently stir slowly leave on slow heat for around 3 minutes on slow heat again covered.<br \/>\n7.
