{"id":22672,"date":"2023-05-12T07:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T23:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22672"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:30:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:30:37","slug":"mince-tacos-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mince-tacos-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Mince Tacos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>300g of mince meat<br \/>\n1 onion, diced<br \/>\n4 cloves of garlic, grated<br \/>\n2 bay leaves<br \/>\n3 cinnamon sticks<br \/>\n1.5 tsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n2 tsp of smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp of dried mixed herbs<br \/>\n1 veg stock cube mixed with 1\/2 cup of water<br \/>\na few sprigs of coriander, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp of oil<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>To Assemble<\/h2>\n<p>tortillas (8 mini ones)<br \/>\ncheese<br \/>\nMix of 1 tomato, diced, 1 red onion, diced and 1 chilli, chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Using a non stick pan, add the oil, onions, garlic, bay leaves and cinnamon sticks. Cook for a few minutes and then sprinkle over around 1\/4 tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper. Cook for a few minutes till onions are soft.<br \/>\n2. Add in the mince and cook till mince has browned.<br \/>\n3. Add in the paprika, dried herbs, ground cumin. Mix and cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n4. Add in the stock water and cook till moisture is cooked out.<br \/>\n5. Add in the coriander and cook for a few minutes and then place in separate bowl.<br \/>\n6. To assemble, place the tortilla on the mince and cover it with the mince juices. Place in pan and cook one side, flip over. On one half, place cheese, mince meat, cheese and then the tomato mix. Pop the over side over, flip and cook on other side for another 1 minute or so. Continue for each one.
