{"id":22670,"date":"2023-05-12T07:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T23:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22670"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:30:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:30:40","slug":"malai-chicken-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/malai-chicken-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Malai Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g boneless chicken cubes<br \/>\n1\/4 cup fresh cream<br \/>\n1\/4 cup yogurt<br \/>\n1 tablespoons lemon juice<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nGreen chillies to taste<br \/>\n20g ginger<br \/>\n20g garlic cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon garam masala<br \/>\n1 tablespoon qasuri \/ dry methi leaves<br \/>\n2 tablespoons corn starch<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cashew nut powder<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon white pepper powder<br \/>\n1\/4 cup white cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1\/4 cup chopped fresh coriander.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Blend all the above ingredients except the chicken, cream, cheese and fresh coriander until fine.<br \/>\nAdd to the chicken.<br \/>\nAdd the cream, cheese and coriander. Mix well.<br \/>\nMarinate overnight or minimum 6 hours.<br \/>\nSmoke the chicken by adding a small foil or steel bowl to the middle of the chicken.
