{"id":22668,"date":"2023-05-12T06:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T22:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22668"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:30:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:30:40","slug":"batata-mehshi-stuffed-potato-with-minced-meat-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/batata-mehshi-stuffed-potato-with-minced-meat-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Batata Mehshi- Stuffed Potato With Minced Meat"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Half a kilo minced meat<br \/>\nPine nuts<br \/>\n1 diced onion<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of 7 spice<br \/>\n1 table spoon of capsicum paste<br \/>\n1 table spoon of ghee<br \/>\n5 heaped table spoon tomato paste<br \/>\n3 crushed garlic<br \/>\n6 potato\u2019s<br \/>\n3 eggplants<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Brown off and break apart the minced meat then add in the onion and cook till onions are soft.<br \/>\nAdd in the capsicum paste, 7 spice, pine nuts, ghee, Salt&amp;pepper. Cook all together for another few minutes then set aside.<br \/>\nPeel the potatoes and cut them in half. With a spoon scrape out the middle of the potato to create something like a boat<br \/>\nDeep fry or air fry the potato\u2019s till slightly golden and set aside on a paper towel. ( you can boil the potatoes if you prefer ) do the same for the eggplants.<br \/>\n<strong>For the sauce :<\/strong><br \/>\nCook garlic in oil and then add in the tomato paste &amp; salt and stir together.<br \/>\nPour in around 3 cups of boiling water and leave to simmer till it thickens for about 10 min .
