Mix together the bbq sauce, honey, paprika, garlic powder and a little pinch of salt and pepper and mix together. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. Place the ribs in a deep pot, fill with water so all the ribs are submerged. Add in the salt, bayleaves, cinnamon sticks and peppercorns and bring to the boil. I boil mine for around 40-45 minutes. Drain water and place in a lined baking tray.<br \/>\n3. Brush the sauce over each rib generously. Place the ribs in a preheated oven around 200c. Every 10 minutes, flip the ribs and brush with sauce. Total cooking time is 20-30 minutes or till ribs are caramelised and covered in sticky bbq sauce.
