Heat Tilda Golden Rice for 2 minutes in the microwave following the packet instructions<br \/>\n2. Transfer the rice into a bowl adding cornflour mixing together<br \/>\n3. Allow the rice to get a little tacky by letting it cool down. Feel free to make a mould using the palm of your hands or a dumpling shaper and freeze for up to an hour in cling film<br \/>\n4. In a separate bowl create a batter mixing together plain flour and water with chilli powder, cumin powder and salt<br \/>\n5. After an hour place each rice ball into the batter covering generously in panko breadcrumbs and then shallow fry 1-2 minutes on high heat. Ensure to baste the top with hot oil using a spoon and flip to shallow fry for another minute.<br \/>\n6.
