In a bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredients.<br \/>\n2. Place the chicken in the bowl and massage the marinade into the chicken. Leave to sit, covered, for minimum of half an hour.<br \/>\n3. Preheat oven to gas mark 6\/200c.<br \/>\n4. Place the chicken on a lined baking tray and pour over any excess marinade.<br \/>\n5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, baste the chicken several times during baking to get a deeper colour.<br \/>\n6.
