Add all the ingredients bar the oil in a bowl and thoroughly mince together.<br \/>\n2. Ensure you work the mince to release some of the fat, this will allow it to hold its shape.<br \/>\n3. Shape the kebabs as you wish, I used wooden skewers to shape into koftas.<br \/>\n4. Heat up a tawa (flat pan) with the oil, place the kebabs on the tawa and brush the top with a little oil.<br \/>\n5.
