Place the coriander seeds, peppercorn seeds and red chillis in a pestle and mortar or in a spice grinder and grind it down<br \/>\n2. Add the olive oil, honey and lemon juice giving a further grind to infuse all the flavours<br \/>\n3. Hasselback your halloumi block placing in foil and generously spread the marinade all over folding up the foil to cover<br \/>\n4. Place in the AirFryer to airfry at 180C for 20 minutes. In the last 5 minutes open up the foil to airfry.<br \/>\n5.
