{"id":22529,"date":"2023-05-07T13:44:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-07T05:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22529"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:30:55","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:30:55","slug":"japchae-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/japchae-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Japchae"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>250 gr korean vermicelli or sweet potato noodle<br \/>\n200 gr beef steak, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 carrot, julienned<br \/>\n1 bell pepper, julienned<br \/>\n1\/2 onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 bunch spinach<br \/>\n3-4 tbsp oil<br \/>\n2 eggs<\/p>\n<h2>Beef Marinade<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n1 tsp sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce (Premixed)<\/h2>\n<p>3 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n2 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\n4-5 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp dark soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp sesame oil<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Marinate beef with the marinade ingredients set in the fridge for 15-30 mins, and briefly pan fry beef until just cooked<br \/>\n2. Blanch spinach for a min, shock in cold water and squeeze out water as much as possible<br \/>\n3. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and make 2 thin layer omelette eggs, with non stick pan over the lowest flame, and slice into thin strips<br \/>\n4. Cook vermicelli noodle according to package<br \/>\n5. Heat oil in a pan or wok, over high heat, stir fry and toss bell pepper, carrot, and onion briefly less than a min<br \/>\n6. Add vermicelli noodle, beef, spinach and the sauce mixture, toss well for 2-3 mins<br \/>\n7. Remove from heat, mix noodle with the egg.
