Melt butter and ghee in the pan then crunch up vermicelli noodles mixing well<br \/>\n2. On low heat mixing continuously for around 10 minutes until it turns brownish<br \/>\n3. Add water and stir. Let it sizzle until water starts to reduce.<br \/>\n4. Add the sugar and stir well for another 5 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Then add the pistachio, nutmeg and saffron and stir well for another 2 minutes<br \/>\n6.
