Add in the oats and high protein powder and process till it turns to a powder. Remove in a clean bowl.<br \/>\nAdd pitted dates, vanilla, and salt to the same food processor and process till it breaks up evenly or turns into a smooth paste.<br \/>\nAdd the oats mixture and process until everything comes together in a lump. Transfer to a clean bowl.<br \/>\nDivide into equal portions and roll in to Balls. Roll in dry coconut or chopped nuts.
