{"id":22115,"date":"2023-05-07T10:31:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-07T02:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22115"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:00","slug":"chicken-peri-peri-pies-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-peri-peri-pies-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Peri Peri Pies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g Chicken fillets cut into small cubes ( raw )<br \/>\n1 cup finely diced onions<br \/>\n1\/4 cup diced red robot peppers<br \/>\n2 tablespoons oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon coursely ground fresh red chillies<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ginger paste<br \/>\n2 tablespoon garlic paste<br \/>\nKashmiri red chilli powder to taste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon paprika powder<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon cumin powder<br \/>\n3 tablespoons Tomato paste<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat oil.<br \/>\nSaute the onions and peppers until soft.<br \/>\nAdd the rest of the ingredients and cook until dry and the chicken is cooked.<br \/>\nAdd 1\/2 cup @steers.sa peri peri sauce. Mix well.<br \/>\nSwitch the heat off and add:<br \/>\n2 tablespoons harissa paste @masala_chick<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried mixed herbs<br \/>\nMix well.<br \/>\nCool completely, and fill into puff pastry ( steps noted below)<br \/>\nBake at 180c until done.<br \/>\nEnjoy<\/p>\n<h2>Note<\/h2>\n<p>Pastry used here are the ready cut @pastry_delights_sa rectangles.<br \/>\nI used 2 for each pie. Place one rectangle on your workspace, brush one end with eggwash as shown. Cut the other rectangle into 6 slits half way up.
