In a bowl or machine add plain flour, desiccated coconut, semolina, cardamon powder, caster sugar and mix well.<br \/>\n2. Then add desi ghee and mix well until looks like bread crumbs, then add milk slowly to make a smooth dough.<br \/>\n3. Cover and keep it in refrigerator for 1\u20442 an hour.<br \/>\n4. Now in a pan add desi ghee and let it warm on slow flame.<br \/>\n5. Roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut it with cookie cutter in 1\u20442 inch thickness.<br \/>\n6. Fry them on medium flame until golden brown from both sides, flip in between to get even color from both sides.<br \/>\n7. Take them out on absorbing paper to remove excess oil.<br \/>\n8.
