In a wide bowl add the Milk, Water, Two Chicks Egg Whites, Instant Coffee, Sugar and mix until the instant coffee and sugar dissolves<br \/>\n2. Heat up a non stick pan on medium heat. In the meantime slice two thick brioche bread slices coating in the egg white coffee mixture on both sides and then place on the hot nonstick pan. Cook for 4 minutes on each side until crispy golden brown<br \/>\n3. Whilst the French toast is cooking, place the mascarpone, vanilla essence and Honey in a bowl. Mix with a whisk until creamy<br \/>\n4. Once the French toasts are cooked place the French toast on a plate spread a generous amount of the mascarpone cream topping it off with a generous sprinkle of cocoa powder.
