Once done remove from heat.<\/p>\n<h2>Salad<\/h2>\n<p>Cucumbers<br \/>\nCherry tomatoes<br \/>\nChopped dill\/coriander<br \/>\nRed onion<br \/>\nReddish<\/p>\n<h2>Yoghurt Cashew Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1\u20444 cup plain yoghurt<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup cashews<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1 Tblsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp ground garlic<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Soak cashews in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove cashews from the water and grind in to a paste. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Set aside.<\/p>\n<h2>To Assemble<\/h2>\n<p>In a shallow bowl add spicy chickpeas, roasted veggies and salad. Garnish with chopped dill\/coriander.
