Preheat the oven at 180C and grill the cornflakes, Rice Krispies and split chickpeas for 3\/4 minutes separately. Then spread it on a large paper along with the curiously cinnamon cereal to allow everything to cool whilst mixing with your hands.<br \/>\n2. Place the peanuts, almonds and cashew in the microwave for 1 minute and fry for 3\/4 minutes separately. Add them to a tray together<br \/>\n3. Turn the heat to low and fry the curry leaves for one minute whilst stirring. Then fry the freshly dried coriander for one minute whilst stirring<br \/>\n4. Take half of the oil out from the skillet and add mustard seeds letting it pop. The add jeera seed, hing, cloves, cinnamon, dried coriander seeds, fennel, sesame seeds mixing well before each component is put in.<br \/>\n5. Once the sesame seeds start to sizzle add in the turmeric powder, chilli powder, sugar and salt. Letting it all infuse for 4 minutes whilst stirring.<br \/>\n6. Add a 1\/2 Tsp of Turmeric powder and chilli powder to the nut mixture ensuring that all incorporated<br \/>\n7. Add the ready salted crisps and potato sticks to the cereal mixture mixing Will with your hands.<br \/>\n8. Then add in the spiced nut mixture mixing well with your hands very gently<br \/>\n9. Then gradually add in the spiced masala mixing with your hands well. Take some time to do this until everything is all well incorporated.<br \/>\n10. All these above ingredients we\u2019ve used will make around 10 to 15kg vhevdo.
