Boiled Potatoes 4 to 5 medium<br \/>\n2. Green Peas 1 cup boiled<br \/>\n3. Corn 1\/2 cup boiled<br \/>\n4. Chicken breast 250 gm boiled &amp; shredded<br \/>\n5. Egg 1 chopped (optional)<br \/>\n6. Triangle cheese 2<br \/>\n7. Corn Flour 1\/2 cup<br \/>\n8. Salt 1 tsp<br \/>\n9. Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp<br \/>\n10.Black pepper grounded 1 tsp<br \/>\n11.Cumin seeds roasted &amp; crushed 1 tsp<br \/>\n12.Chaat Masala 1 tsp<br \/>\n13.Garlic powder 1 tsp<br \/>\n14.Green Chillies 3 to 4 (optional)<br \/>\n15. Coriander chopped 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\n16. Oil 4 tbl.sp for frying<br \/>\n17. Egg for dip kebabs before frying<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add boiled potatoes, peas and corn in a bowl and mix well until they mashedwell and comes in chunky form.<br \/>\n2. Now add in shredded chicken along with boiled egg and cheese.<br \/>\n3. Add in corn flour, salt, red chili flakes, black pepper, cumin seeds, chaat masala, garlic powder, green chillies, coriander.<br \/>\n4. Mix like a Aata dough until it comes in a form of ball, leave it on counter top for half an hour before making kebabs.<br \/>\n5. For making kebabs first grease your palms with oil and make kebabs.<br \/>\n6. You can freeze kebabs at this stage upto 1 month.<br \/>\n7. Once you need to fry add oil in pan, take out kebabs from freezer and straight away dip in beaten egg.<br \/>\n8. Add in heated oil and fry on slow flame , 3 to 4 minutes from each side or until they get color.<br \/>\n9. Kebabs are ready.
