Transfer it to a big mixing bowl.<br \/>\nProcess the onion and green chillies in the food processor, then add it to the mince (make sure you squeeze out any access water from the onions) mix the mince and onion mixture well, add all the spices along with chopped tomatoes, maize flour, and egg. Mix everything together using your hands.<br \/>\nShape kebabs into patties. Add a<br \/>\nslice of tomato on the top if desired.<br \/>\nFry kebabs in ghee\/butter till golden brown and cooked through.<br \/>\nThis recipe makes approximately 9-10 medium-sized kebabs.
