{"id":22038,"date":"2023-05-04T15:21:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-04T07:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22038"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:15","slug":"balti-gosht-bakra-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/balti-gosht-bakra-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","title":{"rendered":"Balti Gosht Bakra"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Beef Mutton 750 gm<br \/>\nOil 1\/2 cup<br \/>\nGinger garlic paste 2 tsp<br \/>\nGreen Chili Paste 1 tsp<br \/>\nSalt 1 tsp<br \/>\nBlack Pepper Powder 1 tsp<br \/>\nRed Chili Flakes 1 tsp<br \/>\nKashmiri Red Chili powder 1 tp<br \/>\nCoriander Seeds Roasted and Crushed 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\nCumin Seeds Roasted and Crushed 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\nTomatoes 5 medium peeled and finely sliced<br \/>\nGaram Masala Powder<br \/>\nGreen chilies sliced<br \/>\nJulienne ginger<br \/>\nChopped Coriander<br \/>\nLemon juice 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\nButter 1 tbl.sp<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add oil in pan , once oil heated add meat and fry until its changes its color.<br \/>\n2. Add ginger garlic an green chili paste and roast meat on high flame until aroma of roasting comes off.<br \/>\n3. Add in salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, Kasmiri red chili powder coriander and cumin seeds<br \/>\nalong with 1\/8 cup of water.<br \/>\n4. Roast on medium flame about 10 minutes , add a little bit water in between and fry meat.<br \/>\n5. Once spices roast well with meat add tomatoes and mix well.<br \/>\n6. When tomatoes get mushy cover the pan with lid and cook until meat tender and oil separate from oil.<br \/>\n(If needed add water else meat will cook in tomatoes)<br \/>\n7. Sprinkle garam masala over the top along with butter, half quantity of green chilies, julienne ginger<br \/>\nand coriander.<br \/>\n8. Put it on dum for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n9.
