Add Semolina in a food processor and make a fine powder.<br \/>\n2. Sift the Semolina with a thin sieve.<br \/>\n3. After sifting weight it and it should be 125gms.<br \/>\n4. Add all the ingredients together and knead a soft dough.<br \/>\n5. Take a small portion, shape in a ball and then press with your palms and give a shape of small round disk .<br \/>\n6. Greece the baking tray, place them in, give them a cut in a cross with knife and bake in a preheated oven for 2 to 3 minutes at 200 C on lower heat.<br \/>\n7. It should be very slightly brown from down and then turn the lower heat off.<br \/>\n8. Give the upper heat unit top side is nicely brown or it&#8217;s up to you how much you want to brown it.<br \/>\n9. Take them out, let it set on the counter for 5-10 minutes and then Enjoy.<br \/>\n10. You can store them in an airtight container when they cool down completely for 1 month.<\/p>\n<h2>Tips<\/h2>\n<p>1. If you are using ghee then first mix ghee and powder sugar together and then add dry ingredients.<br \/>\n2. Shape Cookies smooth and crackless.<br \/>\n3.While baking there must be a distance between cookies.<br \/>\n4.Each oven has it&#8217;s own settings and temperature so bake according to it.<br \/>\n5. Cookies will be very soft and crumbly when comes out of the oven.
