{"id":22010,"date":"2023-05-03T11:41:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T03:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=22010"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:20","slug":"chicken-biryani-kitchencornerpak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-biryani-kitchencornerpak","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Biryani"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Oil 4 service spoon or 1 cup<br \/>\nGinger paste 3\/4 cup<br \/>\nGarlic 3\/4 cup<br \/>\nSalt 2 tea spoon<br \/>\nChicken 1 full (1 and 1\/2 kg)<br \/>\nBombay Biryani Masala 1 packet (I use National)<br \/>\nTomatoes 1\/2 kg<br \/>\nTamarind 2 tablespoons (soak in 1\/4 cup of water)<br \/>\nDried plum 2 tablespoons (soak in 1\/4 cup of water)<br \/>\nYogurt 1\/2 kg<br \/>\nRice 1 kg (washed and soaked)<br \/>\nOnion (cut in rings) (as needed)<br \/>\nGreen chillies 4,5<br \/>\nGaram Masala powder 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nYellow food colour<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In oil add ginger garlic paste and saute until slightly brown.<br \/>\nAdd salt and then cook for few seconds.<br \/>\nAdd chicken and cook until its nicely brown.<br \/>\nAdd biryani Masala and cook for few seconds.<br \/>\nThen add tomatoes and cook on medium low flame until tomatoes are fully cooked (fully mashed like paste) and oil separates.<br \/>\nAt this point (before adding tomatoes) if you feel like that chicken will become too soft then take chicken out and prepare all the mixture until we add yogurt.<br \/>\nRemove Tamarind seeds and add in the mixture with its water.<br \/>\nAdd plum with water (don&#8217;t remove seeds) and cook until water dries completely and oil separates.<br \/>\nAdd yogurt and again cook until water dries completely (like little thick gravy).
