Do not overmix. Pour in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.<br \/>\nBake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.<br \/>\nLet the cake cool completely.<br \/>\nCut in to desired size squares\/rectangles. Dip in cooled chocolate syrup then roll in desiccated coconut.<br \/>\nYou may slice in half and sandwich with whipped cream. Decorate as desired.<\/p>\n<h2>Chocolate Syrup<\/h2>\n<p>1 1\u20444 cup Icing sugar<br \/>\n1 cup water<br \/>\n3 Tblsp butter<br \/>\n3 Tbslp cocoa powder (I used 1\u20444 cup dark chocolate)<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\nSplash of vanilla essence<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Boil together the water, Icing sugar, butter, salt and cocoa powder once it comes to a boil let it simmer for 1 minute then remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla and dark chocolate (if using).
