Add oil in pan once heated add onion and saute.<br \/>\n2. Once onion translucent add curry leaves, cumin seeds,fennel seeds, mstard seeds, black seeds\/ kalonji, coriander seeds along with button chilies and saute a well on medium flame until onions turned golden brown.<br \/>\n3. Then add potatoes in pan and saute for a 30 seconds.<br \/>\n4. Add in salt, red chili flakes, grounded black pepper, turmeric powder with 2 tbl.sp of water and roast until aroma of cook spices comes off.<br \/>\n5. Now add tomatoes and yogurt and mix well with potatoes.<br \/>\n6. Add 1\/4 cup of water, cover the pan with lid and cook on slow flame until potatoes tender.<br \/>\n7. Once all the moisture dries-up add coriander and green chilies.<br \/>\n8. Mix well and put it on dum for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n9.
