{"id":21977,"date":"2023-05-02T08:19:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T00:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21977"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:26","slug":"kaffir-lime-chicken-tikka-ataleofsauceandspice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/kaffir-lime-chicken-tikka-ataleofsauceandspice","title":{"rendered":"Kaffir Lime Chicken Tikka"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1st marination :<\/strong><br \/>\n4 Chicken Breasts (400g)<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n2 tsp Lemon juice<br \/>\n2 tsp Ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n<strong>2nd marination :<\/strong><br \/>\n1\u20442 bunch Coriander<br \/>\nHandful Mint leaves<br \/>\n20-25 Kaffir lime leaves<br \/>\nFresh Green Chillies to taste<br \/>\n2 tsp Ginger garlic paste<br \/>\nVery little water<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup Plain Yogurt<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash drain and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces or thin slices. Marinate with salt, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste keep aside for 15 minutes while you prepare the 2nd marinade.<br \/>\nFor the second marination, add the kafir lime leaves, green chillies, fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander and ginger garlic paste, and grind with a splash of water to make a fine paste.<br \/>\nAdd yogurt to a bowl along with the prepared green paste mix well and add the pre-marinated chicken and let it marinate for at least an hour in the fridge.<br \/>\nOnce marinated well, thread it on a skewer, grill over bbq or in the oven or on the stovetop. Brush the chicken with the remaining marinade while cooking.
