{"id":21965,"date":"2023-04-30T16:46:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-30T08:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21965"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:26","slug":"easy-pasta-bake-ataleofsauceandspice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/easy-pasta-bake-ataleofsauceandspice","title":{"rendered":"Easy Pasta Bake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>250g Pasta of choice<br \/>\n1 Medium onion chopped<br \/>\n1\u20442 Punnet mushrooms (about 12 medium ones)<br \/>\n1\u20442 Medium sized green pepper(chopped)<br \/>\n2 Chicken fillets (cut in to small cubes)<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon ground garlic<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon red chilli powder<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon paprika<br \/>\n1\u20442 Teaspoon dry oregano<br \/>\n3\u20444 can tomato puree<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons sour cream<br \/>\nHandful freshly chopped basil<br \/>\nMixture of cheeses<br \/>\nCheddar<br \/>\nMozzarella<br \/>\nParmesan<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Heat oil and saute\u0301 onions till soft add in ground garlic. Saute\u0301 for a minute then add the chicken with the spices let it cook till tender.<br \/>\nAdd in the chopped mushrooms and green pepper. Cook till the mushrooms are soft. Add in tomato puree and sour cream. Mix and add the boiled pasta along with freshly chopped basil.<br \/>\nTake an oven safe tray or Pyrex. Add half of the pasta. Top with a layer of the mixed cheeses. Add the remaining pasta over the cheese layer. Top with more cheese. Finish with a sprinkle of dry oregano and dry parsley. Bake till heated through and the cheese is melted. Serve hot with fresh basil.<br \/>\nEnjoy.<br \/>\nNote: Sister Zubda had used celery, carrots and tomato paste in her recipe as well I slipped as I didn&#8217;t have you may add if you like.
