Take a bowl and add all above spices in that except butter \/ oil and give it a good mx to make marinade.<br \/>\n2. Add chicken in marination and coat well each piece with prepared marinade.<br \/>\n3. Give charcoal smoke to give a BBQ flavor.<br \/>\n4. Keep it in refrigerator around 8 hours or overnight.<br \/>\n5. In a pan add oil\/butter once melted or heated add chicken in that.<br \/>\n6. Cover the pan and let it cook on medium slow flame until chicken tender, flip on half way to cook from other side.<br \/>\n7. You can broil chicken at 180 degrees in oven for few minutes if you want but its totally optional.<br \/>\n8.
