Clean the chicken and make cuts along the leg.<br \/>\n2. In a bowl mix together: 1.5 tbsp of garlic powder, 1\/2 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of paprika, 1 tbsp of Kashmiri chilli powder, 1\/2 tbsp of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1\/4 tsp of cinnamon, 2 tbsp of oil and 1\/2 tsp of celery salt.<br \/>\n3. Coat the chicken in the dry spices and place in a baking tray.<br \/>\n4. Preheat oven to gas mark 6\/200c.<br \/>\n5. Bake chicken in oven for 20 minutes turning halfway.<br \/>\n6. In a bowl mix together the ketchup, mr naga, soy sauce, honey and 1\/2 tsp of chilli powder.<br \/>\n7. Brush the sauce over the chicken and bake till caramelised. Repeat at least twice on each side.<br \/>\n8. Once baked, take and leave to cool down.<br \/>\n9.
