Salt 1 tsp<br \/>\n2. Red Chili Flakes 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\n3. Roasted and crushed coriander 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\n4. Roasted and cruhed cumin seeds 1 tsp<br \/>\n5. Black pepper grounded 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\n6. Tikka Masala 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\n7. Chaat Masala 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\n8. Pinch of Yellow &amp; Red food color<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add above all ingredients in a bowl and give it a good mix to combine well.<br \/>\n2. Now reserve 3 tbl.sp spice mix for later use.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For Baloch Tikka<\/h2>\n<p>1. Whole lemon for juice<br \/>\n2. Ginger\/garlic paste 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\n3. White vinegar 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\n4. Green chilies paste 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\n5. Raw papaya paste 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\n6. Chicken 2 kg cut into quarter pieces<br \/>\n7. Oil<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Take a big bowl for making marination and add prepared spice mix in it along with ginger garlic paste, white vinegar, green chilies paste and<br \/>\nraw papaya paste.<br \/>\n2. Give it a good mix.<br \/>\n3. Now add chicken in bowl and coat well.<br \/>\n4. Keep it in refrigerator for overnight or minimum 8 hours.<br \/>\n5. Add 2 tbl.sp oil in wide pan.<br \/>\n6. Grease pan with oil and place chicken pieces in pan, keep the flame slow, pour remaining marinade over the top of chicken.<br \/>\n7. Cover the pan and let it cook on slow flame. Check in between and flip to cook from other side.<br \/>\n8. Cover it again and let it cook until all the moisture dries-up.<br \/>\n9. Add enough oil in wok for frying chicken, once oil heated add chicken pieces in and fry.<br \/>\n10. Flip after a minute to get golden color from other side.<br \/>\n11. Once all done take out from oil and place on remaining cooked masala.<br \/>\n12. Sprinkle reserved masala over the top and give charcoal smoke in the chicken.<br \/>\n13.
