Marinate with all of the above ingredients for 30 minutes. (Best overnight).<br \/>\nSoak wooden skewers in water. Thread marinated ostrich pieces on skewers alternating with pineapple, tomatoes, and Bell peppers. Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes or grill them on a braai.<br \/>\nHalf way through turn them over and baste with extra marinade.<br \/>\nMake sure to prepare an extra batch of marinade for basting while they bake.<br \/>\nEnjoy with Tzatziki Sauce.<\/p>\n<h2>Tzatziki Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1\u20442 cup full fat plain yogurt<br \/>\nJuice of half a lemon (medium sized)<br \/>\n1 tsp dry oregano<br \/>\n1 tsp dry parsley<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp ground garlic<br \/>\nHandful freshly chopped mint<br \/>\nDrizzle of olive oil<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all ingredients for the sauce taste for seasoning.
